This means when you hire from Elcomponent, you get more than just the instrument, you get unrivalled technical support and assistance. We take great care to ensure that you get the right tool for the job, and if possible we program it for your application before we send it out. All of our hire units are despatched with a fully completed test sheet, fully charged batteries, PC software and all relevant accessories and consumables. We also include all the user manuals, and our own 'Quick Start' guide to get you up and running as soon as possible, which means a shorter hire period and better value for you. We also offer a data download and report productions service on some products so you don't have to learn a new software package before you can read your data!
However should you need us to download the data and produce a report these additional services are available.
